Ryan Stauffer

Experience: Ryan joined inSOURCE Financial Advisors in May 2026 as a summer intern with Keystone Financial Group in Trussville, Alabama. He brings an entrepreneurial mindset, strong work ethic, and dedication to delivering quality results. Ryan began his professional journey at just 15 years old when he started his own landscaping business, which has since grown to serve more than 100 clients. Through building and managing his business, he has gained valuable experience in leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving while continuing to expand his knowledge through his studies at the University of Alabama.

About: Originally from Alabama, Ryan values hard work, consistency, and building meaningful relationships with others. Outside of work and school, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and continuing to grow his landscaping business.
