Bobby McCullough

Experience: Bobby is a graduate of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and was an active member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity.

He brings extensive experience from his work with national independent marketing organizations and brokerage general agencies, where he provided both internal and external sales support to some of the firms’ most high-performing accounts. In recent years, Bobby has specialized in recruiting new firms and advisors, as well as partnering with general agencies to help execute their strategic business plans.

Bobby joined inSOURCE in April 2025 and serves as a member of the executive leadership team. His focus is on supporting the firm’s advisors and associates, while also leading the development and execution of strategic marketing and recruitment initiatives.

About: A lifelong resident of Lincoln, Nebraska, Bobby is proud to call the city home. As a University of Nebraska–Lincoln alum, Husker athletics are in his blood. Outside the office, Bobby enjoys spending time with his family, supporting his three children at their sporting events, and—when time allows—hitting the golf course or catching up with friends.
