Cindy Fristo

Experience: Cindy has nearly 35 years' experience in the insurance industry. Her last role before joining the inSOURCE team was Director, Client Services at Ameritas.

During her tenure, she was responsible for processing new applications and service requests to internal project management duties to managing the individual customer service teams. She enjoys helping clients find resolutions to their inquiries.

Cindy will be responsible for managing the processing team and developing workflow and procedures so the representatives can focus on client interaction.

About: Cindy has been married to Jami for 5 years. She became a grandma in the past year to two grandsons. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, and taking walks with their two soft-coated wheaten terriers. She likes to start her mornings with exercise and creating a positive outlook. She has lived in Lincoln, Nebraska her entire life.
