Susan Marshall

Experience: Susan joins us after 34 years at Ameritas working in various roles from customer service for life insurance and annuity clients, to supervisor roles, processing, and more. She enjoys interacting with clients and helping them resolve their issues and looks forward to getting back into that at inSOURCE. Susan brings much of her knowledge and experience to her new role at inSOURCE to continue to improve upon the client experience. Susan will now help inSOURCE clients by acting as their advocate, orchestrating much of the behind-the-scenes information-digging that's needed to fulfill client goals, including: • Pending cases • Outstanding requirements • Beneficiary forms • Bank forms • Other service work forms • Follow-up with involved parties • Requesting illustrations This also includes helping inSOURCE producers with their admin work and submitting required forms, applications, etc., so they can focus on their clients.

About: Susan has been married to her husband Mike for 35 years. Together, they enjoy taking trips to Wyoming, Montana, and sometimes North Dakota on their motorcycle. Susan also has a passion for flowers, and enjoys getting her hands dirty while landscaping!
